I have been battling lupus for about 20 years. I have always been obese but have always maintained within a 20lb difference. In the last four years I rapidly gained over 70lbs. My body is always in a state of fatigue and pain. I tried talking to my doctor but she doesn’t listen. I also went undiagnosed with a tear in my meniscus for 3 years because all she seen was my weight and not the symptoms. I had to go to the ER just to get diagnosed. I am so depressed which I have never shared with any doctor because I never felt like I had one to trust. Which does not help my weight because I stress eat more. I’m so lost and wondering if anyone knows what I’m going through. I’m simply over it all at this point.
