Flying with kids

am

We are moving to another province. However, with coronavirus, this province has a mandatory 14 day isolation when getting there. My husband is already there and was planning on driving back to get us, but it doesnt look like they are dropping the isolation anytime soon and he can't re isolate because of work. So as terrified as I am with flying, it looks like that's our only option to get there any time soon (no trains or busses are going there from outside atlantic Canada right now). Its only a 2 hour flight, and If I book soon I might be able to fly from the small airport. But my kids are 4 months and 3, and I'm terrified that its going to be difficult flying alone with two children. I've never been on a plane myself lol. Masks are also mandatory and I can only get my 3 year old to wear one for like 20-30 minutes, im scared thats also going to be issue. Wondering if anyone has flown by themselves with small children and have any tips? I was going to wait until spring, but we are over being apart and I am over staying in someone else's house with the kids haha
