Kyleena iud spotting or baby?

I have the kyleena iud. I just finished my period a week and a half ago. I have bv so I’m on medication for that. But yesterday I started bleeding pink/ red blood and today this happened. Could I be pregnant? My bf pulls out and then other times we use condoms. I also just suffered a trauma event so idk if this could be the reason for this bleeding.
