Getting Induced

I’m in the hospital waiting to get induced due to my blood pressure at 39+5. I’m a first time mom, 1.5 cm dilated, and my cervix is thin and soft. How long do you think this would take? Ive heard horror stories of inductions taking 5 days

8:00 pm: Just getting things going, bishop score is an 8, 70% effaced, 1.5-2 cm dilated. Had a round of cytotec and foley balloon inserted (which was a little uncomfortable) some cramping has started.

10:00 pm: So far they have done one round of cytotec and the foley balloon, the foley balloon fell out about an hour ago and some mild contractions have been happening. I get my next round of cytotec and pitocin started at midnight. I’m currently 3.5 cm dilated.
