I had to add another comment to post this but if you look in these areas, there is also white patches. This middle area could easily be milk tongue if she is breast fed. The best way to tell the difference is to wipe her tongue with a warm rag. If it comes off, it is milk residue. If it does not it is thrush and will have to be treated ASAP. Especially if she has a fever. 🙂 (also apologies for screenshotting you picture, I just want to help if I can!)

No, the gums get lumpy really early and they don’t start producing drool until around 2 months old so it’s normal to notice excessive drool around this time.
Just want to make it clear that just because teeth aren’t about to cut though doesn’t mean they aren’t on the move and making her uncomfortable!  My son was 4 months when he started grumping and chewing.  It went on and off until he was 8 months and they finally cut!  
The spots you circled are where the molars will come in though so don’t expect those until around 12-18 months x

It doesn’t look like it, front bottom teeth are usually the first to come in. How old is your LO?
