7 weeks according to app

Hello I went last week to get an ultrasound and according to my app I was 7 weeks after the ultrasound my doctor told me I was measuring 6weeks. And they only saw a sac? Has anyone gone through a similar situation and had a successful pregnancy?? Also my hcg at 6 weeks were 14,497!
