Early period, short period UPDATE

So my period came 5 days early and was only 3 days. I’m always pretty regular and thought it was strange. I’m not in birth control because my husband and I are trying to conceive it’s been months since I’ve been on birth control. Not sure what’s going on. I made an appointment but my doctor won’t and can’t see me till the middle of October.

Any suggestions or advice?

What should I do?

Update:

So my bleeding had stop for a dad and then started back up the next day very light brown bleeding. Can’t say it spotting so I’m waiting to see my doctor. I think my hormones are still out of whack from the birth control.
