Being in that position myself, I had an ex who was broke he literally slept on the floor of my office when he was homeless he could not keep jobs he was so irresponsible and neglected so many things he had tickets all over town that would turn into warrants and arrests and Bails and fines you name it. I tried to pretend that I was happy but in the end I just felt used and taken advantage of while he was sleeping with half of our state. He was a piece of shit. I was emotionally attached due to two miscarriages and he knew I didn’t wanna be alone and he took advantage of that and got away with murder he just used me the entire time to clean up his messes to put food in his belly to you name it. My stupid ass thought we were heading towards marriage after wasting five years of my life with him but in reality he told me in the end that he had slept with over 250 women in the five years that we were together. While I was at work he was “entertaining” women. ￼￼walked in on him twice and my stupid ass stayed and forgave him. He was just a piece of shit. It’s one thing if you think you’re building a person up and trying to make them a better person, it’s another thing for that person just to use you and take advantage. Never again. If he doesn’t have a career, if he’s not an independent man, he can take care of himself and clean up after himself, I am not going there. Learned my lesson.
