7 days since period and last pill of clomid

And today I started spotting only once this afternoon. Then later in the day I had egg white cm with some discharge in it. I had lights cramps all day. I took a lot of opk today but they all come back negative because ive been drinking a lot of water. I baby danced today and 2 days ago. Are my chances good? Even tho the opk is testing neg.
