We’re cycle buddies, too! We are TTC #3. The TWW is horrible. As women it’s so hard not to get inside our own heads and wonder if this is our month, if we did everything right, etc. I think maybe find a good book to read (not pregnancy or baby related), go outside and exercise, go for walks, enjoy the beauty of the Fall season. For me also spending time with my girls (two daughters ages 6 & 9) helps. Good luck and baby dust to all 🙏🏻❤️✨
