spd pain

Bri

I've had it really bad with 5/6 of my pregnancies. It hurts SOOOOO bad to roll over in bed at night to the point where sometimes I just give up & just lay there so I don't wake my SO up. Sometimes my pelvic bone literally cracks & it hurts so damn bad. My doctor gave me a list of stretches/exercises but they don't help, honestly seems like it makes it work & says that there isn't anything else to do. Usually I'm pretty good with pain but sometimes it makes me cry & I ended up crying this morning while my SO was getting ready for work & you can tell he felt awful bc he doesn't know how to help me. I wish there was a way he could get fmla on days it hurts bad so he can be home to help me with our other kids but since we're not married he doesn't qualify. I had a partial placental abruption at 19wks with my last pregnancy & was put on strict bed rest- only allowed up for bathroom purposes, but since again- we weren't married, he didn't qualify for fmla! so frustrating sometimes, counting down the days 😭
