Pregnancy Symptoms, What were yours ?

What were your pregnancy symptoms before your BFP. I’m cramping like crazy, lower back cramps and stomach cramps. I also realized I can’t hold my pee to save my life, I normally do with the job I have. Lastly, I realize slight nausea but it goes away quickly. It takes a lot for me to throw up. I rarely ever do. I took a test one week after my missed period and I got a negative. but I’m going on two weeks since a missed period so my primary had me do blood work. Just want to see if this what a sign for you ladies.
