UPDATE: NO CRAMPS? BUT POSSIBLY MISCARRYING

So about a little over an hour ago, I had this happen. I’m 4 week, 5 days pregnant. And I didn’t have any cramping before, during, or after this. 
Has anyone been through this? Has anyone had a healthy baby?

I would call your OBGYN but this doesn’t automatically mean miscarriage

I agree with the first commenter, call your doctor. But I would like to say that cramping is not the main sign of miscarriage, it’s bleeding above all else. I’ve had a miscarriage with zero cramping. Good luck ❤️

This happened to me when I first found out at 4-5 weeks they classified it as a threatened miscarriage.

This happened to me but mine was way darker red come to figure it was a cyst that had busted
