No symptoms

Long story, but I’ve been trying for my second child for 4 years. Had a miscarriage and then an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured and I lost my right tube. It’s been 2 years since the surgery and no pregnancy yet. My fertility specialist believes that my remaining tube is blocked, preventing pregnancy and wants me to get an hsg but I keep chickening out.. normally each month, the day following ovulation I get EXTREMELY sore boobs like to the point where I can’t even touch them. This cycle, however, I ovulated 7 days ago and I still have no breast tenderness whatsoever. This is not normal at all for me. Has anyone had a complete lack of pms symptoms and end up being pregnant?
