Implantation or period

Hi ladies, so idk if I’m experiencing implantation bleeding or my regular period. My cycle ranges from 25-28 days. So it’s been hard trying to track my ovulation. This app says my period was due Tuesday but it didn’t come. I started spotting last night and I’m still spotting today. It’s literally just light blood. But I have cramps as well. My periods are always really heavy. I’m so confused right now. I took a pregnancy test this morning a clear blue and it said not pregnant. This will make 1 year of me trying. If I’m not pregnant this month I’m giving up hope and tying my tubes.
