If I’m white and my husband is biracial (white and African American), would my son be considered biracial as well? Like on applications would he be able to put down that he is white and African American?

This is something that I always wondered too. I am a biracial woman, and my husband is white. When I was growing up U could not pick bi-racial because it was not an option, you were simply black or white. Many forms still only let you choose black or white, and legally I am considered black. I'm not sure what our child would legally be considered, but if we have a baby it's definitely something I'm going to look into because you don't simply get to choose a race. It isn't based on that.
