I am not sure if I am just late or pregnant?

I am 4 days late

I thought I got it Tuesday but was nothing, yesterday I have this and today pretty similar. I took a test and it was negative?

Probably stress. I was 6 days late and took like 4 tests and then it came. I'm never that late, we thought for sure I was pregnant even with the negative tests.

This is your period starting. Implantation happens before a missed period not after.

I don’t think it’s implantation bleeding but you can spot in early pregnancy maybe wait  another couple days test again If your af ￼doesn’t show .

That doesn't seem blood. Get a pregnancy test at home. You could get result in as good as 2 days after the missed period. If you are preggy, you'd get at leat a faint pink line.
