I had sex yesterday morning and have been feeling normal. Then I wake up this morning having small Braxton Hicks contractions and now this. I’m so worried. It was very long and stringy. No smell

Sex can dislodge some of your mucus plug. As long as you are not having actual regualer contractions you will be ok and so will baby. The mucus plug will regenerate. I have been loosing bits of mine sense about 14 weeks but never any other signs of labor. I had it happen again last week. Im25 weeks had my appointment the other day and my cervix was still long and closed. 👌🏼 if you’re at all worried girly call your ob office ☺️

Nothing to worry about. If you’re having Braxton Hicks make sure you stay hydrated, take Tylenol for discomfort, you can take warm tub soaks and rest. But it’s normal for your body to be having practice contractions here and there at this point. If they become strong, regular, every 5 minutes for like an hour, any bleeding or water breaking...that’s not normal and you need to be seen.

Looks like your mucus plug but it regenerates and you can lose it months/weeks before delivering baby so you’re most likely fine!!
