Birth control

So I got my nexplanon birth control removed 2 months ago and since then have been trying to track my cycle to see when I’m ovulating. The problem is I’ve only had 1 period since and it was right after I got the hormones removed 😔 I feel super bloated and tired as if I should be on my period but it just won’t come. I took multiple pregnancy tests and can confirm I’m not pregnant either. How long does it take to get regular periods back after 5 years of birth control?
