Am I Being A Controlling Husband?

My wife has this guy best friend. They've known each other since 4th grade. I have several issues with him. He's a fucking creep, and even our kids see it. He's always trying to talk to my son about sex. He's 12! My wife just says it's important that he talks about sex with someone. I men safe sexsure, but telling a 12 year old how to plz a women. My daughter came up to me ne day. She is 16. My wife's best friend asked her does her boyfriend plz her sexually. I called and let him have it and my wife started yelling at me! Saying that she's 16 anf old enough to answer these questions. The last straw was a situation that happened a few days ago. My daughter was home alone with her boyfriend and I guess they we're having sex. Shes on birth control and we are the type of parents who would rather they do it in our home and be responsible. She calls me freaking out. Saying while they were doing something she felt like she was being watched. She looks and sees eyes staring through her slight opened door. The person ran out the house. She looked out her window and it was my wifes friend. My son also came home early from his friends house that day and saw the guy staring into his sister's room. He wasn't sure why so he just walked away. So of course I believe my kids and when I tell my wife she goes off on our daughter fot having sex! She's bought her condoms and put her on birth control.she knows she was having sex. She refused to talk about what her friend did. So i had enough. I told her to block him. She refused saying that's her best friend and im just jealous. I told her she needs to block him or she can leave. So shr leaves! She then makes a Facebook post about me saying I'm controlling and insecure. I know for a fact I'm not insecure but from you females perspective am I being controlling?
