Braxton Hicks or something else??

FTM here and I’m not really sure what Braxton Hicks are supposed to feel like. I know everyone keeps saying “uncomfortable but not painful” but I’m not sure if what I’m feeling is it or not. It’s only happened a handful of times, but what I feel is a sudden tightness across the top of my abdomen and in my mid-back, kind of like when you’ve strained something or worked too hard in a workout. But it’s not really intense, I will just start to notice it and then it goes away. I can’t tell if that’s Braxton Hicks or if it’s just pressure from Baby’s position? Any thoughts?
