Second baby/needs/wants

Hello due with my second baby in April. What are the products you purchased for a second and what do you recommend for two kiddos that made life easier at home.

I will need a stroller for two have graco carseat. Any recommendations?

Son will be 22-23 months old when baby is born did you buy a second crib? Did you buy a smaller one or full size crib?

Baby swing recommendations.

Toddler and baby will be room sharing at some point. What products helped with organizing and pointers.
