Paranoid

So I’m starting BV treatment today with metronidazole flagyl 500mg (pills) and an 24 weeks pregnant my first pill is taken at 6am and my 2nd is at 6pm and I’m so paranoid about when I should take my prenatal I tried to call my dr but offices are closed during weekends 😩 I’m trying not to stress about it, I wanna take the prenatal at 10pm which would be 4 hours after the metronidazole. I’m so paranoid I’m gonna harm my baby
