I wouldn’t, call your dr, it’s so easy to call and ask to be sure. 
Most cold/flu medicines are on the no no list. I think it tends to be the daytime stuff to stay away. But it depends on what’s in it 🤷🏼‍♀️

I believe if it’s labeled “extra strength” it’s a no.
There’s one cold medicine you can take mucinex but not DM. 😖 it sucks! Lots of honey & warm tea. I used honey as my cough medicine, it’s a tablespoon per 50 lbs. it definitely helps.

Just got over a cold and I took robotusin Dm daytime and nighttime it worked great and it's safe for the baby.
