Baby name reaction

One of my friends sent a text today asking how me and baby are doing. She's the type of friend who will disappear for months at a time and then send a text out of the blue like no time at all had passed, which is fine, after 8 years of friendship it's normal at this point. Anyway, she asked what we were naming baby and when I responded with the name, her response was:

Cute. I love that name...that's what I was planning on naming my daughter if I ever have one.

I felt kind of attacked. We've never discussed her plans for a family or her future kids' names so I honestly didn't know that she "claimed" that name. And we cant change it now because we already put it out there to close family and friends.... so I replied that she can still use the name when the time comes and she never replied. 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️ maybe it's the hormones, but I'm super irritated.
