What would you do? Playroom area choices

Question

Our house is big, but was built as a two bedroom, with a living room and 
den/family room. We only planned on one child and life happens so three kids later, here we are! Our girls share the master bedroom and our son has his own room. We converted the family room/den into a master bedroom. I’m trying to make
a play area and I have two options... I can half the master bedroom and make it a play area or I can make an area in our kitchen. What would you do? If you have pictures or ideas of what you’ve done, please share. I’d really like to figure it out before Christmas lol

Our house has a lot of open space It's three bedroom, but we use the third bedroom as a guest room, our upstairs master as a office / bedroom, and our daughter has her own room. The downstairs is the only place we can have some sort of play area that I can see her from the kitchen, so we made this little area her playroom lol. When she gets bigger we can take down the gate and still keep it cute and fun for her. I would put the playroom somewhere that you use a lot. we could have done it upstairs but I'm hardly ever upstairs so being able to turn part of your kitchen into a playroom might work better for your family! That's what I would do.
