Vaginal pain/soreness ???

Question

I’m going to turn 15weeks in a couple days but recently I have been feeling soreness and pain when I walk or stand , my lower back is also hurting a lot ? Has this happened to anyone before ? 
Didn’t happen with my first born . I have a drs appt at the end of the week but just wanted to see if it’s something I should be concerned about ?

It’s normal, happened to me in my first pregnancy and is happening again during this one.  
Mine radiates lower back, to my butt cheeks round front of my pelvis - it’s just pain from everything stretching and growing.   The worst time is getting up first thing in a morning!

I have this at the moment too I’m in week 15 also! I’ve been advised these are some of the fastest growth weeks and could last a while. Avoid sitting crossed legged of sitting on one leg when on the sofa (a hard habit to break for me) take short walks & stay well hydrated. Also sleep with something between your knees in bed like a pillow or cushion as this reduces pressure and can help you get on the move quicker the following day x

I get this weird pain right in the middle and I’m 15 weeks as well. I don’t remember if I had it with my son? 🤷🏼‍♀️
