Hey ladies. I a newbie here so hoping to get a positive feedback to my query

I got my periods last month 27 august and this month I haven’t got periods yet though my i breastfeed my baby

Actually I got my periods late after delivery as well I got it after seven months and then now it’s delayed . I got the tests done it’s neg

What to do?? I am so scared ? I can’t afford to have another baby though we had precautions but still it’s delayed
