4th month of TTC after

My husband and I have been trying for our rainbow baby for 4 months now. I’m currently 6 dpo and last night my husband mentioned that my boobs feel heavier and more firm. Now I know that it is to early to be experiencing any pregnancy symptoms, but could it be related to hormones caused by fertilization? My face has also started breaking out and I’ve always had clear skin. Today I’m so exhausted even though I didn’t do much yesterday and went to bed around 9pm last night. I’ve also had weird waves of nausea in the evening the past 2 nights. Any thoughts?🤞🏻
