Anyone ever take progesterone suppositories??

Stupid question .. but how do you insert them vaginally? Just shove it up there? How far do you go? I’m like freaking out lol

Yes you just push it in as far as you can go. Just a side note you can have brown discharge from it due to cervix being so sensitive. Don’t be alarmed. Just contact your docs if that happens.

Yep, just shove it up there as far as you can.  Haha.  Not much else you can do if you didn’t get an applicator.

Mine came with an applicator similar to a tampon
