38 + 5 ... birthing ball
Ok so I’m in operation get this baby out. Got a birthing ball. Does it help induce labor?? If so wha exercises to do? I was 1 cm last week and his head was felt. I have appointment tomorrow to check again. Been having increased back pain this week but I want a really good appointment tomorrow lol!! Any help ladies?
