Amniotic Fluid or Discharge

In the middle of the night I shifted positions and felt a hush of something come out my vagina. I ran to the bathroom and in my underwear it looked like watery cloudy white discharge. There wasn’t a whole lot either. So I put on a panty liner. Since then I haven’t noticed anything obvious on the liner but I kinda feel like discharge is slipping out of me. I’ve had heavy discharge that would come out like I pissed my pants before so I want to think it’s nothing but I’ve also read that if it’s amniotic fluid it will keep leaking. Idk how to tell the difference.
