Registering Panorama Kit fail?

Hey guys! I got my Panorama test done Friday and they told me wait 72 hours to register. It's been that long now and it still cannot find my kit. Anyone experience that before?

Try calling the company. With my second baby, somehow my birthday got messed up and they couldn’t link it. Did it over the phone for me super easy.
