Period not regular.

Hello family I started my period on10th September, the 13th, day before my period ended hubby & I did the dance & my period had stopped well atleast I thought it did. On the 16th saw deep red blood, on my undies, used a panty liner and once it was soaked. At night I felt blood coming out and some minor cramps. The bleeding stopped and then returned again on the 25th. I was in the loo after peeing and saw this thing on the tissue. Please help, should I be worried. We did the dance twice and all those times day after the dance I see blood. Should I be worried?
