Sacrum/tail disappear?

Does anyone know when the sacral tail disappears? I looked online and got various answers. We had an ultrasound yesterday at 13 weeks and tech said she sees something between the legs. She said it’s either a penis or remnants of the tail. We have 2 girls already so this would be amazing if she’s correct.
