I feel like I am doing Keto all wrong 😩
Please help, any advice is welcome!!
I have never eaten so much meat and animal products in my life 😳 I am absolutely sick to my stomach!!!
Give me some explains of what you like to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for snacks please!! I am only on week one of Keto and I don’t think I can last.... not because I am craving carbs but because everything I eat makes me feel like shit 😞
Here is an example of what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast- bacon and eggs
Snack- small bowl of keto chili with sour cream
Lunch- Tuna salad
Snack- cheese chips
Dinner- chicken and asparagus
And it’s weird because I will get hungry yet feel queazy. The worst part is.... the only other source of protein that I can think of that’s not an animal product are nuts and I hate nuts ðŸ˜
