Is a babymoon at 36/37 weeks a bad idea?

So my husband and I originally planned on taking a babymoon earlier on but he got a promotion and a change in work locations and things just got a little crazy. Im 33.5 weeks now and the only opportunity we'd have is the weekend at the end of 36 weeks/ beginning on 37 weeks. We thought about going for a quick weekend trip to the beach thats right around 1.25-1.5 hours away. This is my first so im not really sure about timing etc. Would it be crazy to try and go that close or, with it being not terribly far away, would it be ok?
