When to feed?

We are currently working to transition from a swaddle sack to arms out. My 10 week old had been sleeping 8 or 9 to 3 or 4 then back down til 7 or 8... she’s obviously had more wake ups the last ciuple of nights. All I’ve done is give her her binky and par her tummy and she goes right back down. Now I feel guilty like what if she needed to eat? My husband swears she wouldn’t go back down if she was hungry. Thoughts?

Your husband is right! If she’s truly hungry she would keep waking up and crying. 
I follow a book that recommends doing exactly what you’re doing (soothing in the middle of the night instead of immediately offering bottle/boob) because it encourages the baby to sleep longer stretches and get off the 24-hr digestion cycle. 
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but if your baby is healthy and gaining weight, I would definitely encourage you to keep doing that and see if he/she starts to sleep through the night!

Following. 
I always offer a bottle or to nurse if he wakes. I was really tired one day and gave him a binky while his bottled warmed. I ended up falling asleep! Woke up and he was sucking on his binky so hard making little sounds with clenched fists but his eyes closed. It was so sad. 
He is almost 11 weeks and doesn’t wake up as much to eat. But he’s also not gaining the same as he was before ... which i guess is expected since he’s eating less times now.
