Wrong NIPT results?

Has anyone experienced this? I’ve only heard of one person ever. I received my results today and I kind of hope it’s wrong although I’ll be happy with a healthy baby despite the gender.

A coworker said her friends was wrong, but it was because they accidentally switched her results with someone else 😳😳😳

Our friends was wrong, the 1%. NIPT said girl (they did a gender reveal) and anatomy Scan said Boy.

Mine was accurate. Those tests are 99% accurate so go with the test

I'm curious if those who say they had wrong results actually had the nipt done though. Every time I see a claim of inaccuracy and I delve more into it, it was actually the NT scan or the at-home kit like sneak peek  and they think it was the nipt they had done.

There’s always that 1% chance of something being wrong, but for the most part blood is most accurate.
