Lifting after Csection
I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions or tips for a lifting after a Csection. I’m looking for a clear situation I struggled with!
Lifting baby from the Maternity Bassinet with out raising the hospital bed.
I’m very sensitive to pain and I won’t be moving around very much...
My last Csection was brutal.
