Help please !!

So for like a week now my vulva was really itchy and sore. Now when i have sex, when my partner inserts into my vagina it hurts to the point where it’s uncomfortable and i cant carry on. Its not itchy anymore, only hurts when inserting and having sex.

Anyone know what this could be ? Ringing my doctor in the morning!!
