Constipation?
Guys I haven’t been able to poop for maybe 3 days?? I’m not pregnant, just on my period. But i sat on the toilet for an hour trying to get it out but it would not come out. It almost feels like it’s too big or too hard to come out... Idk what to do. Help please!
