Period issue?

I got my period 2 days late. I usually am I on time but since I got it, I didn’t worry about how late it was. But, I noticed I only “heavy” bled for about 2 days. I’m on my third day now, and I’m barley bleeding. Maybe more will come later today but I’m only concerned because I feel like I’m usually more on the heavy side. I am not on birth control right now or anything so I know that didn’t effect it. The bleeding that I had experienced though, was enough to fill a tampon and a pad. Should I be concerned or worried of anything?
