Sore boob, nipple, sex question 😭🤔

So on Saturday my husband and I had sex for the first time in awhile and he sucked on my nipples a little and rubbed my boobs. My boobs and nipples haven’t been sore, so it didn’t bother me.

Well now my boobs are sore, one of them especially sore and my nipple is so sore I can barely touch it. I noticed there is a little bump on the bottom that is where most of the soreness is radiating from and the lower part of my boob is most sore.

Can you have clogged milk ducts at 23 weeks pregnant with your first child? Did his messing with my boob bring this on or was it a coincidence in timing? Is this much pain normal? Suggestions? Advice? Similar experiences? It’s hard to find the right stuff online. I don’t have another dr. appointment for 2 weeks, so I hope you guys have good advice!
