LH levels

So on CD13/14/15 I received peak LH results, no ovulation pain... now fast forward a week, 7DPO I am having some bad cramps, boobs ache etc very similar to ovulation pain I sometimes get. So out of curiosity I took a opk, it’s not peak, but it’s not low either, it’s looking fairly prominent without being peak. This happened yesterday and today. Do you think I could be ovulating late/again?

It’s all very confusing, I don’t want to assume it’s implantation pain as this is month 6 of trying and I am a sucker for symptom spotting!!

Any thoughts?
