Sick or food intolerance??

Y’all, I’m baffled. One of my little guys has had two wild bouts of diarrhea and vomiting over the last 4 days. He acts perfectly fine except right before he pukes (he vomited 3 times Sunday and once over night last night). His diarrhea has also been random over the last 4 days too.

He’s on a no dairy diet and we’re wondering if he has an Intolerance to something in vegan Mac and cheese he’s eaten a day or two before he’s hurled.

He’s eating and drinking normally, playing, no fever, etc. if it keeps happening I’m going to take him in, but like what is happeninggggg?

Also, he literally doesn’t make a peep when he vomits or poops. It’s like he does it then goes right back to sleep, which makes me feel so horrible that he lays in it! Ugh, I’m having a rough night about it and I’m worried. 😕
