Busy life...need a diet change. Please help
I'm looking for suggestions ladies!😊 I work 45+ hours a week plus an hour to hour and a half of drive time a day. So making and planning healthy meals can be challenging. My schedule also isn't consistent so eating on a schedule is near impossible. I'm sitting at about 230 rn and know I need to start with my diet and water intake. Any suggestions on how to make this easier or simple meal/snack ideas that don't take much planning? Thank you!😊
