Mucus plug or discharge ?

I’m a little worried, I turned 19 weeks yesterday and have been having discharge like this for 2 or 3 days now. I don’t remember losing my mucus plug with my son so I’m not sure if that’s what this is also if it is should I call my doctor? I have been feeling the lower part of my stomach get tighter but no pain associated so idk if that could be light contractions or just from her moving around in there. tia
