Soft serve ice cream

Ugh I ate soft serve ice cream tonight from one of our favorite places. It’s not a chain but it’s an ice cream shop that’s very popular and that we’ve been going to forever. Then I googled it to be sure and saw soft serve can be at risk for listeria if the machines aren’t properly cleaned. Now I’m freaking out because it could be 2 months before you have symptoms and I’m 30 weeks pregnant. How will I know?! Should I just expect they clean their machines properly since it’s specifically an ice cream shop and it’s so popular? How could they not? I might call them tomorrow and ask lol. Should I be concerned? Do you think an OB would give you a blood culture if you asked for it with no symptoms?
