11 weeks no period?

Has anyone else experienced this, I have had loads of negative tests but a couple faint so I called doctors and they are going to give me a blood test to check my hormone levels and requested for a scan to be done on my ovaries to see if I have any problems with them, I have read over 100 comments online that some people are actually pregnant but don't get a positive test, do you think if I was pregnant will they see it on the scan when they scan my ovaries???
